“My 2.5 year old daughter had a fall whilst on holidays and pushed her 4 front teeth back. After having an awful experience at another dentist the day before, the staff from Bytes spent a long time on the phone to me assisting me as to whether to head to Brisbane for treatment or return home to Sydney. They then made an emergency appointment for her the next day and she was examined by Dr Phillida Noronha. She was nothing short of amazing with my daughter. She was friendly and was able to get a few photos inside her mouth without distressing her. Whilst discussing options with me, the dental assistant kept my daughter busy by sitting her in the chair and letting her play with all the gadgets. They then gave my daughter a toy and stickers and after seeking a second opinion they put my mind at ease.
I was one stressed mumma and I walked out feeling so much better. I can not recommend this business highly enough and in particular Dr Noronha.
